COURSE OUTLINE:

This is a self-guided course that covers Session 1 and Session 4 of the Core Selling Skills Participant Guide.

Key learning includes knowledge of the Southern 7 Sales Process, Sales Math, and Sales Techniques featuring the O.P.E.R.A. Sales Dialogue. A Core Selling Skills Participant Guide is required to complete this course.

The course will take approximately 3.5 hours to complete. You may navigate from section to section via the table of contents drop down menu located above the upper left corner of the each video screen.

 

1. Session 1 (A) SOUTHERN 7 SALES PROCESS (An introduction to the Southern 7 -Step Sales Process)

 

2. Session 1  (B) SALES MATH (A Review of the basic profit principles for selling to retailers and restaurateurs.

(A calculator is required.)

 

3. Session 4 SELLING (An overview of the OPERA sales dialogue, needs analysis through questions, closing techniques and a process for preparing for objections.)

 

4. O.P.E.R.A. SALES EXAMPLE (An example of the OPERA sales dialogue to a retail account featuring Absolut Vodka)
